胃癌组织中Runx3、p21蛋白的表达变化及意义

摘要 目的观察胃癌组织中Runx3、p21蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测66例胃癌(观察组)和30例正常胃黏膜(对照组)组织中的Runx3、p21。结果对照组24例(80%)Runx3蛋白表达阳性,17例(56.7%)p21蛋白表达阳性;观察组分别为30例(45.5%)、22例(33.3%)。两组Runx3、p21蛋白阳性表达率相比P均<0.05。观察组Runx3、p21蛋白阳性表达率与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结远转移有关(P均<0.05)。胃癌组织中Runx3、p21蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中Runx3、p21蛋白表达下降。Runx3可能通过影响p21蛋白的表达影响胃癌的发生发展。
