摘要
盾构系统最重要的部分在于开挖面的开挖过程,从工程的角度而言,最重要的部分在于刀盘设计和刀具的布置,其是否适合工程地质条件,直接影响到盾构机的切削效果、出土状况和掘进速度。针对某盾构区间的地质情况,分析盾构刀盘结构设计和刀具配置。
The shield system most important part lies in the excavated surface to excavate the process, from engineering point of views, the most important part lies in the cutter head and cutting tools' arrangement, whether it does suit the application engineering the geological condition, immediate influence to shield machine cutting effect, unearthed condition and tunneling excavate speed.Shield cutter head structural style and cutting tool disposition and geological compatibility were analysed, based on geology of some interval shield.
