摘要
百南地区指重庆、贵州、四川、云南一市三省。是我国资源富集地区、但由于地理条件和历史原因．本地区区域开发程度低、其产业结构具有不发达地区的特征。该文提出如下对策：扶持先导产业发展。促进区域开发：大力发展农林牧业及加工工业．实施农业产业化；重点开发能源与矿产资源；对不同地区采取不同的产业发展对策。
The Southwest region refers to the city of Chongqing and the three provincesof Guizhou. Sichuan and Yunnan. where resources are abundant. However. because ofgeographical conditions and historical reasons.the region has a low degree of developmentand its industrial structure possesses the feature of undeveloped regions. Analyzing thetbature and evolution of industrial structure in southwest region and studying theconditions l'or industrial structure transformation and proposing the direction and goal ofindustrial development thus promoting the macro regulating countermeasure for therationnlization of industrial structure have great significance for accelerating the economicdevelopment in the southwest region.
