摘要
西北地区资源型城市的产业结构具有产业结构序次低、结构单一、调整基础薄弱,政企不分、企业包袱沉重、企业办社会现象普遍、市场化程度低以及城市环境污染严重、不利于新兴产业的发展和潜导产业的培育等特点,这就使得资源型城市应加快产业结构的调整步伐。而城市产业结构与城市土地利用结构和土地的优化配置相互影响、紧密相连。在此基础上,本文对资源型城市如何通过城市土地经营来有效促进产业结构的调整和优化,进行了初步探讨。
There are some characteristics of resource-style cities in the northwest area: low level and simple industrial structure poor adjustment base, integration of government administration with enterprises, heavy load for enterprises, underdeveloped marketization degree, seriously polluted city environment, and ect. These factors make resource-style cities accelerate their improvement of industrial structure. However, the structure and use of city industry and optimal allocation of urban land are closely related. This paper discussed how the resource-style cities odjust and improve industry structure through administration of urban land.
