摘要 目的观察不同血钾水平对大鼠窒息后死亡时间的影响,探讨血钾在心搏骤停中所起的作用。方法 24只雄性SD大鼠均分为3组,采用速尿腹腔注射致低钾为低钾组和腹腔注射氯化钾致高钾为高钾组,另设正常对照组。采用窒息致大鼠心脏骤停模型,监测各组实验前、窒息前、死亡时刻的血钾水平,记录死亡时间,比较各组大鼠死亡时间的差异。结果低钾组在速尿注射后40min血钾水平明显下降,高钾组在腹腔注射氯化钾后40min血钾显著升高。低钾组死亡时间较高钾组显著延长(P<0.05),而低钾组与对照组间及高钾组与对照间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血钾对窒息性心搏骤停的负面影响要高于低血钾。 ObjectiveTo study the contribution of potassium on cardiac arrest by observing the effect of different concentration of potassium on the duration of heartbeat after asphyxia. MethodsTwenty-four rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=8, each): hyperkalemia group (group A), hypokalemia group (group B), control group (group C). The difference of the time of death between the groups was observed, and the potassium concentration was measured before the trail, before the asphyxia and at the cardiac arrest by using the asphyxial cardiac arrest model. ResultsThe potassium concentration decreased significantly after the peritoneal administration of fursemide, and it increased after the peritoneal administration of potassium chloride. The time of death in group B was longer than it in group A (P〈0.05). ConclusionThe hyperkalemia affects more on cardiac arrest of asphyxia than hypokalemia.
