摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)的控制需求,设计了一种基于DSP和CPLD的PMSM控制器。首先给出了PMSM控制器的原理图,该控制器主要由逆变电路和主控电路两部分构成,逆变电路采用电压源型逆变器,主控电路基于DSP进行设计,然后对设计中的DSP电源上电时序、A/D采样精度、SVPWM信号处理等相关问题进行了分析并给出了解决方案,最后通过实验对设计的控制器进行了测试。实验结果验证了所设计控制器的可行性,并能满足PMSM高性能控制要求。
In order to satisfy the requirements of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,this paper designs a PMSM controller based on DSP and CPLD.Firstly the principle diagram of the proposed controller is given.This controller mainly consists of the three-phase voltage source inverter and the control circuit based on DSP.Then the relative problems such as the power-up sequence,the conversion precision of ADC module and signal processing of SVPWM are analyzed,and the corresponding solving schemes are given.Finally the test experiments are taken and the results indicate that the proposed controller is feasible and can satisfy the high-performance control requirements of PMSM.
