摘要
采用放免法对过敏性紫癜患者皮损消退前后以及正常对照组血浆血栓烷素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）、６酮前列腺素Ｆ１α（６ＫｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α）含量进行了检测并作了对比。结果显示，过敏性紫癜患者治疗前其ＴＸＢ２与６ＫｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α均高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），提示该病血小板活性增高，血管内皮细胞受到损伤。当该病皮损消退后，ＴＸＢ２、６ＫｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α又恢复到接近正常水平（Ｐ＞０．０５），说明血小板活性减弱，血管内皮细胞损伤有所恢复。
Plasma levels of TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α were detected by radioimmunoassay in Schonlein Henoch purpura. The results showed that the levels of TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α are all higher than those of normal control( P < 0.05, P < 0.01),which indicate that the platelet was activated and the endothelium was damaged in Schonlein Henoch purpura. When the rashes disappeared, the TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α levels returned to normal ( P >0.05), which indicate that the activation of platelet reduced and the damaged endothelium had been repaired.
