摘要
通过Ni基F105金属粉末的直接激光烧结实验,详细探讨了不同扫描方式对金属粉末直接激光烧结制备件的成形尺寸精度、表面质量、微观组织结构和制件性能的影响及其形成机理,并在此基础上提出了扫描路径的初步规划。
Through sintering Ni-based F105 powders with direct laser metal sintering under different scanning mode, the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, microstructure and mechanical property of the specimens were specifically discussed, and the programe of scanning paths was put forward.
