METHODS OF METAL POWDER FORMING BASED ON RAPID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGY

摘要 金属粉末成形是集材料、化工、冶金、机械等一体的高新技术。随着快速原型和快速模具技术的发展,传统的粉末成形方法得到进一步发展的同时,也出现了新的粉末成形方法。本文介绍了目前国内外几种比较典型的基于快速原型技术的金属粉末成形工艺,包括它们的成形原理、工艺流程、各自的应用领域等。 Metal powder forming is an integrated technology of material, chemistry, metallurgy and mechanical sciences. With the development of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling (RP/RT) technologies,the new metal powder forming methods have emerged together with the improvement of traditional metal powder methods. Some kinds of new powder forming methods based on RP/RT are introduced with principles, processes, features and applications. The future of the metal powder forming methods is outlined.
