摘要
本文对中医伤寒、金匮、温病三门课程合并为中医临床基础学的学科基础、学科内容及其意义作了初步的分析和探讨。认为作为一门引导学生从基础理论学习转入临床学科的桥梁课程，其条件已初步具备，主张相关的中医病证的教学内容可归入该学科课程讲解；临床学科则应按照现代疾病分类法重组，并以介绍中医药综合防治方法为主，既可避免学科间不必要的重复与交叉。
In the preliminary analysis and exploration on the subject foundation,subject contents and its significance while three subjects of “Treatise on Cold Damage”,“Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber”and “Treaties on Febrile Diseases”are merged as a science of clinical basics of Chinese medicine,this article thinks that as a bridge subject to guide the students to shift their study of basic theory to the study of clinical subjects,its conditions have been preliminarily provided.This article suggests that the teaching contents of the related diseases and syndromes in Chinese medicine could be classified into the instruction of this subject.The clinical subjects should be re_arraged by classification of modern diseases and predominantly explained with comprehensive preventive and therapeutic methods of Chinese medicine and pharmacy,in order to avoid unnecessary repetition and intersection among the subjects and for two subject systems to be beneficially separated and linked.
