摘要
压力控制回路是液压基本控制回路之一,它是利用压力控制阀来控制整个液压系统或局部油路的工作压力,来满足执行元件要达到的工作要求。压力回路出现故障,液压系统就不能正常工作。必须及时诊断,排除故障。由于液压系统的故障大量属于突发性和磨损性故障,是不可预测的,本文仅对压力回路易出的几种故障与排除进行简要说明。
Hydraulic pressure control circuit is one of the basic control loop,which is the use of pressure control valves to control the hydraulic system as a whole or in part,the work pressure oil line to meet the implementation of the components to meet the job requirements.Pressure circuit failure,the hydraulic system will not work properly.Must be timely diagnosis and troubleshooting.As the hydraulic system failures are sudden and wear a lot of failures,is not predictable,in this can not be all-inclusive,this paper only the pressure back to Louis out of several faults and rule out a brief description,with mutual encouragement.
