摘要
介绍了农用柴油机动力总成在约束状态下进行刚体模态参数识别的方法。通过动力总成按正常状态安装在台架上,用锤击法进行测试,使用ME’scopeVES软件对其模态参数进行识别,得到了该型柴油机动力总成的各阶刚体模态。参考相干性曲线,通过理论计算结果与实验结果的对比,验证了采用该方法进行刚体模态识别的有效性。
Describe the modal parameter identification method on powertrain rigid body for agricultural use under the bound state.Modal parameter identification on some powertrain rigid body was done by installing the normal status powertrain in the frame.All frequencies and rigid body modes of powertrain were obtained.Comparing the result with that of experiment modal identification,and the coherence curve,it can be concluded that the rigid body modes of powertrain can be identified accurately by installation modal method.
