摘要
针对农机具零件材料性能的特殊要求,对金相试样切割技术和磨削过程进行了研究。在砂轮切割过程受力分析的基础上,采用机电一体化系统设计思想,对农机具金相切割机整体造型、机械结构进行了设计。利用斜锲、螺旋等机构设计的快速夹具,不仅快速、牢固地夹紧工件,而且实现夹具在水平面上任意角度旋转,方便地装夹工件不同位置,同时实现了对不规则工件的装夹。
The technology of metallographic sample and the abrasive process was studied to meet material properties of agricultural parts.The overall modelling of cutting off machine and components for agricultural machines were made employing mechatronics system design on the force analysis of abrasive disc.The rapid clamping fixture made of oblique and spiral devices can not only clamp the workpiece quickly and firmly but also rotate freely in horizontal plane.
