摘要 目的:测定人工蛹虫草和其培养基中虫草素和腺苷含量.方法:以YWG C18(4.0 mm×300 mm,10μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱.流速1 mL/min,检测波长259 nm,柱温25℃.结果:人工蛹虫草中虫草素和腺苷质量分数分别为1 089.57μg/g和2 350.00μg/g,其培养基中虫草素和腺苷质量分数分别为216.21μg/g和117.87μg/g.结论:表明蛹虫草培养基中含有一定量的虫草素和腺苷含量,具有利用价值. Objective:To determine the contents of cordycepin and adenosine in cultured Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link and the medium.Methods:The chromatographic separation was performed on a YWG C18 column(4.0 mm×300 mm,10 μm) with UV detection at 259 nm,the mobile phase used were methanol-water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,and the column temperature was controlled at 25 ℃.Results:The contents of cordycepin and adenosine in cultured Cordyceps militaris were 1 089.57 μg/g and 2 350.00 μg/g,respectively,and the contents of cordycepin and adenosine in medium were 216.21 μg/g and 117.87 μg/g,respectively.The result also indicated the medium contained a certain amount of cordycepin and adenosine,and medium had the value of development.
