体外评定饲料氨基酸消化率的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 对评定饲料蛋白质(氨基酸)消化利用率的各种体外方法进行归纳总结,首次对稳定消化酶体系、化学成分估测法、动物模型评定法、酶联免疫法、计算机消化道模拟法等最新的体外技术进行了简要的概括,指出了各种体外技术的适用性、缺点以及研究进展与未来的发展趋势,并指出目前研究领域存在的误区,以期能为今后的研究工作提供帮助。 All the in-vitro methods for evaluating digestibility and availability of feed:grade protein (amino acid) were summarized for the first time, the newest in-vitro technologies were described briefly, namely stable digestive enzyme system, chemical composition estimation method, animal model evaluation method, euzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), computer simulation method of digestive tract, an the applicability, disadvantages, research progress and future development trend of these in-vitro technologies were figured out and the existing misunderstandings in research field at present were also pointed out, expecting to offer some help for future research work.
