摘要
教师的"失语"现象在教育场域内广泛存在着,分析教师话语权失却的深层原因并探寻师生间和谐的话语机制,就显得十分必要。尊重话语主体的话语权利,构建话语主体对话的平台,达成话语主体间的理解已成为改善教师话语机制的重要途径。
The phenomenon of teachers' "aphasia" exists widely in the education field. So it is necessary to analyze the deep reasons of the loss of teachers' discourse right and explore the harmonious discourse mechanism between teachers and stu- dents. Respecting the discourse fight of discourse subjects, building a dialogue platform for discourse subjects, and reaching an understanding between the discourse subjects has become an important way to improve t the mechanism of teachers' discourse right.
