摘要
目的检测拉环式塑料瓶瓶口消毒与不消毒的效果。方法取塑料瓶盖完整、无裂痕、无松动的每瓶250ml的0.9%氯化钠液体80瓶,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组液体40瓶,在病区治疗室内将其液体的塑料瓶盖拉开后消毒瓶口,2min后采样;其液体40瓶,在病区治疗室内将其液体的塑料瓶盖拉开后,直接在瓶口上采样,将所取标本接种于无菌血琼脂平板培养基内,观察对照组和实验组的细菌生长情况。结果对照组与实验组的液体瓶口表面均无细菌生长。结论拉环式塑料瓶瓶口是无菌的,开启瓶盖后无需消毒即可直接临床使用。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection effects of the mouth of plastic infusion containers with pullopen cap. Method 80 bottles, which is cap complete, no cracks and no loosening, contain 350 ml0.9% Sodium Chloride, were ,selected and randomly divided into two groups; control and testing group. Samples were collected into the Agar culture medium two minutes after the sterilization of the bottle mouth in the treatment ward, and the testing group were sampled immediately after the bottles were opened. The bacteria flourishing in the two groups were observed. Result none of the two groups have bacteria flourishing. Conclusion The present study shows that the bot tie mouth for plastic infusion container with pull-open cap is sterilized and can be used directly without sterilization ~ again.
