摘要
对于精炼能力不足的炼钢厂,采用RH真空单重精炼工艺替代双重精炼工艺,具有积极意义。但是和RH+LF或LF+RH双重精炼工艺不同,采用RH真空单重精炼工艺开发冶炼冷轧超低碳钢,主要难点在于钢中夹杂物控制,控制不恰当会严重影响浇铸性能。使用适量铝渣作为顶渣改质剂和优化RH真空炉的过程控制,取得较好效果。
For the steel plant with insufficient refining capacity,the only one RH vacuum refining processinstead of double refining process is positive.Otherwise,different with double refining process RH+LF or LF+RH,the only one RH vacuum refiningprocess is used to smelt cold-rolled ULC steel,the main difficulty is to control incluseinos in steel and inappropriate control will seriously affect the casting properties.Good results is gained after the appropriate aluminum is used as top-slag modifier and the process of RH vacuum furnace is optimized.
