摘要
目的:筛选制备甘草黄酮-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交设计实验以包合率和回收率为指标筛选最佳工艺条件,采用紫外分光光度法测定溶解度及溶出度。结果:甘草黄酮-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺为甘草黄酮:β-CD(g∶g)为1∶6,包合时间为2h,温度为40℃。结论:甘草黄酮的包合物的溶解度增加,体外溶出度增加。
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of Licorice Flavone-β-cyclodextrin encapsulation compounds.Method:The optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test,the inclusion compounds were prepared with solution-agitating technique at the same time,UV was adopted in determining the solubility and dissolution rate.Rusult:The optimum condition was:licorice flavone:β-CD 1∶6;inclusion time 2 h;and the inclusion temperature 40℃.Conclusion:The solubility and dissolution rate of licorice flavone was improved.
