摘要
将聚乙二醇(PEG)分别与明胶(GLT)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)及聚乙烯醇(PVA)等成膜高分子共溶于水中,制备亲水性高分子共混膜.对膜的微相结构和渗透蒸发脱盐性能进行了研究.结果表明,PVA为理想的成膜聚合物.乙酸钠的引入改变了PVA-PEG体系的高分子网络结构和膜形态结构,提高了膜的通量.在55℃时,其水通量为14kg/(m2·h),并具有极高的一次分离度.
Hydrophilic polymer membranes were prepared by blending poly-ethyleneglycol(PEG) with gelatin(GLT)or polyacrylamide (PAM) or polyvinylalcohol(PVA).The membranes were applied in desalination by a pervaporation approach.The results show that PVA is a preferable matrix for forming membrane.With the introduction of sodium ions,the morphology of the polymer network and thus the property of the PVA-PEG membrane changed obviously.The flux of the membrane improved significantly, reaching 14kg/(m 2·h),with a high degree of desalination in the first run at 55℃.The microstructure and other properties of the membranes were investigated.
