摘要
目的探讨不孕妇女支原体属和脲支原体属的感染率及对不同药物的敏感情况。方法采用培养法分别对200例不孕妇女(观察组)和150例正常妇女(对照组)的宫颈分泌物进行支原体属和脲支原体属的培养,比较观察组和对照组两者的阳性检出率,并对上述观察组两者培养阳性者进行药物敏感试验。结果观察组中解脲脲支原体阳性率为39.5%,人支原体阳性率为4.5%,解脲脲支原体+人支原体的阳性率为6.0%;对照组中解脲脲支原体阳性率为1.3%,人支原体阳性率为0.7%,解脲脲支原体+人支原体阳性率为0.7%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不孕妇女两者血检出率明显高于正常妇女;它们对四环素、左氧氟沙星、红霉素、交沙霉素、多西环素、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、米诺环素、罗红霉素、克拉霉素、司巴沙星的敏感率分别为91.3%、0.0、1.0%、90.4%、86.5%、1.0%、1.9%、74.0%、2.9%、4.8%、6.7%。结论支原体属和脲支原体属感染与妇女不孕有一定的相关性,在治疗上可选用敏感性较高的交沙霉素、多西环素和四环素。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the infection rate of Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma and their sensitivity to various drugs among local infertile women.METHODS Cultivating the pathogens of the cervical secretions,respectively from the 200 infertile women（observation group） and the 150 normal women（control group）,aimed to compare the positive detection rate of Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma in both groups.Then tested the drug sensitivity of the positive ones in the observation group.RESULTS The positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum Mycoplasma hominis and U.urealyticum ＋ M.hominis was 39.5%,45% and 6.0%,respectively,in the observation group,vs 1.3%,0.7%,and 0.7%,In the control group with statistically significant difference,their detection rate of infertile women was significantly higher than that of normal women（P〈0.05）;The results showed that their susceptibility rates to tetracycline,levofloxacin,erythromycin,josamycin,doxycycline,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,minocycline,roxithromycin,clarithromycin,and sparfloxacin were 91.3%,0.0,1.0%,90.4%,86.5%,1.0%,1.9%,74.0%,2.9%,4.8%,and 6.7%,respectively.CONCLUSION Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma infections have a certain connection with the infertility of women.Josamycin and doxycycline,which have the higher drug sensitivity,can be used in the treatment.
