摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法等,借鉴企业核心竞争力理论,结合高等体育院校民族传统体育学科的本质,从市场竞争和理论的视角,探讨我国高等体育院校民族传统体育核心竞争力的概念和特征。分析民族传统体育学科核心竞争力的构成要素和识别体系,提出民族传统体育学科核心竞争力的培育策略:创建学习型组织,培养学科文化;以人为本,提升学科人力资源综合实力;提高创新能力,实施品牌发展战略。
Using methods of interview and literature review and drawing on the core competitiveness theory in corporation,the present study discussed from the theoretical perspective the market competition,the concept and characteristics of the core competitiveness of the traditional national sports discipline in sports universities and analyzed the components and recognition system of the core competitiveness of the national traditional sports discipline.It proposed the following cultivation strategies of the core competitiveness: construct the learning society,cultivating the discipline culture,promote the human-oriented circumstance and the comprehensive affinity of human resources,strengthen creativity and implement brand strategy for development.
