摘要
学科是承载高校教学、科研、社会服务的基本战略单元,学科建设的水平已成为衡量院校办学水平的基本标志,高校的改革和建设都应以学科为核心,学科建设是高校建设的永恒主题.从时间序列和空间序列上开展重点学科核心竞争能力的研究,同时引入学科战略能力矩阵模型对其核心要素的内在规律进行探讨,揭示若干关键要素构成了大学中的学科核心竞争力.
Disciplines are the essential strategic elements in teaching, scientific research and social services at colleges and universities. The level of disciplinary construction has become the basic measure for running a university. The reform and construction should make disciplines their core, and disciplinary construction is the eternal theme in university construction. The study on the core competitiveness of key medical disciplines and the path of its development was carried out in the sequence of time and space. Meanwhile, the matrix model of strategic capabilities of disciplines was also introduced to explore essential laws of its core elements. It indicates that several key elements comprise the core competitiveness of disciplines of colleges and universities.
