摘要
以丙醛和甲醛为原料,经缩合及氧化2步反应,合成了2,2二羟甲基丙酸。缩合反应在40℃、甲醛与丙醛摩尔比为2.5∶1、三乙胺用量为原料质量的3%的条件下反应10h,氧化反应在95℃、过氧化氢与丙醛摩尔比为1.1∶1的条件下反应7h,获得了最佳反应结果,产品总收率52.2%,纯度98%。
The α,α dimethylolpropionic acid was made from propylaldehyde and formaldehyde followed by reaction with condensation and oxidation.A study of the effects on the synthesis was done,which gave the optimum conditions that the condensation reaction was run at 40℃ for 10h with 2.5∶1 molar ratio of formaldehyde to propylaldehyde and the triethylamine is 3% of feedstock,the oxidation reaction was run at 95℃ for 7h with 1.1∶1 molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to propylaldehyde.The total yield is 52.2% with the product purity of 98%.
