对硝基苯乙酮和对硝基苯甲醛交错缩合反应研究

摘要 分别研究了在酸、碱催化下对硝基苯乙酮与对硝基苯甲醛的交错缩合反应,并用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其产物结构进行了表征.结果表明,碱催化下反应活性高,反应能在较低温度下进行,反应产物为1,3-二对硝基苯基-3-羟基丙酮;酸催化下反应速度相对较慢,反应温度要求较高,反应时间长,反应产物为1,3-二对硝基苯基丙烯酮. Cross-Condensation reactions of p-Nitroacetophenone with p-Nitrobenzaldehyde of acid catalysis and base catalysis were put under examination.Infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR) spectroscopy were employed in the structure characterization of the products.The results showed that the activity of base-catalyzed reaction was relatively high.The reaction could be carried out at a lower temperature,and the product of the reaction was 1,3-di-p-nitrophenyl-3-hydroxyacetone;however,the rate of acid-catalyzed reaction was relatively slow.The reaction required a higher temperature and a longer reaction time,and the reaction product was 1,3-di-p-nitrophenyl-2-propen-1-one.
