摘要
采用离子交换法将锌离子和铈离子交换至13x沸石中得到新型复合抗菌剂,通过EDX、XRD和XPS分析它们的组成结构,并测试了它们的抗菌活性。研究结果发现:Ce3+对13x沸石中Na+的交换能力要明显大于Zn2+;离子交换反应对沸石的晶体结构没有明显影响,但使它的晶面距增加;复合抗菌剂中的锌以二价离子态形式存在,而铈以三价和四价两种离子态形式存在。对于锌和铈含量分别为3.77wt%和12.19wt%的Zn-CeX2样品,对E.coli和S.aureus的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为2000mg·l1和2500mg·l1,表现出明显的协同抗菌作用。
A new type of zeolite composite antibacterial agents was prepared by introducing zinc and cerium into 13x zeolite through an ion-exchange method and characterized by energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),and the antibacterial activity of the composite antibacterial agents was evaluated.The ion-exchange capability of Na+ in 13x zeolite with Ce3+ was clearly higher than that with Zn2+,and the crystalline structure of zeolite was not obviously affected by the exchange reaction except its crystal space distance with a small enhancement.The chemical valence of zinc in composite antibacterial agents was in a bivalent state,and that of cerium was in trivalent and tetravalent states.For Zn-CeX2 sample,which contained 3.77 wt% of zinc and 12.19 wt% of cerium,showing cooperative antibacterial effect obviously with the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) against E.coli and S.aureus of 2000 mg·l 1 and 2500 mg·l 1,respectively.
