摘要
本试验研究了注射人抑制素α亚基(1-26)Tyr·Gly抗血清对大鼠排卵率、血浆E2与P水平的影响。试验组Ⅰ(n=5)在动情后期上午11∶00,试验组Ⅱ(n=5)间情期上午11∶00尾静脉注射抗血清,而相应的对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ在对应时间注射正常绵羊血清。结果显示,在动情后期注射抗血清,试验组大鼠排卵率为11.20±0.32,对照组10.55±0.19,差异不显著,而在间情期注射抗血清,试验组、对照组排卵率分别为13.80±0.55、10.80±0.22,差异显著(P<0.05),试验组比对照组提高27.8%,说明抑制素被动免疫大鼠可提高排卵率,且在间情期处理效果更好。间情期注射抗血清8h后,试验组、对照组血浆E2水平分别为40.49±3.96、39.36±1.99pg/ml,差异不显著,21h后试验组、对照组E2水平分别为30.04±1.67、30.06±1.43pg/ml,差异也不显著,说明免疫中和大鼠体内抑制素未能提高血浆E2水平。间情期注射抗血清8h后,试验组、对照组血浆P水平分别为52.17±3.72、17.79±0.78ng/ml,差异极显著(P<0.01),21h后试验组、对照组P水平分别为19?
Ovulation rate,plasma estradiol(E 2)and progesterone (P)concentrations in rats were studied after a single injection of antiserum against a synthetic peptide of human inhibin α subunit Rats were injected(0 5ml)in cauda vein at 11∶00 on metoestrus(M),or at 11∶00 on dioertrus(D) Control rats received sheep serum(non immune)at 11∶00 on M,or at 11∶00 on D The ovulation rate of rats injected on M was not significantly different from that of control rats(11 20±0 32 vs 10 55±0 19) The ovulation rate was significantly higher in rats injected on D than in control rats(13 80±0 55 vs 10 80±0 22,P<0 05) These results indicated that ovulation rate of rats can be increased by immunoneutralization of inhibin,and more ovulation is induced by injection of antiserum on dioestrus Estradiol level was not significantly different between control rats and rats injected on D 8h,or 21h later after injection (39 36±1 99 vs 40 49±3 96pg/ml,30 06±1 43 vs 30 04±1 67pg/ml).Progesterone level was significantly higher in rats injected on D than in control rats 8h later after injection (52 17±3 72 vs 17 79±0 78ng/ml,P<0 01),but not significantly different 21h later after injection (19 23±1 63 vs 14 55±1 61ng/ml) Therefore,passive immunization against inhibin can not increase estradiol level,but can cause a short time increase of progesterone level in rats
