摘要
本试验用50个日本普通小麦品种与兰州黑麦杂交,通过对杂种F_1花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体行为进行观察,对36个组合F_1的PMC染色体配对频率进行统计分析,发现农林20、沙丘小麦和农林9三个品种与黑麦杂种F_1的PMC染色体配对频率明显高于其它组合,分别为2.84、3.59、3.06。近似于对照组合“中国春×兰州黑麦”F_1(为1.37)的两倍。认为这三个品种可能具有Ph_2或类似于与Ph_2作用的基因。
50 common wheat (Triticum aestivum L. )from Japan were crossed with rye(Secale cereale L. cv Lanzhou). The meiotic observation of Fj hybrids showed that Norin20, Sakyuko-mogi and Norin 9 had high chromosome pairing level in wheat -rye FI hybrids. Their chromosome pairing levels as expressed by chiasmata frequency per cell were 2. 84, 3. 59, 3. 06 respectively, which were prominent and approximately twice as much as Chinese Springs (1. 37). These three varieties may have recessive Ph2 or .Ph2-like gene.
