摘要
目的观察术前访视对手术患者心理、生理及行为的影响,探讨改进术前护理访视的方式和内容、提高术前访视质量的方法和效果。方法改进和进一步完善术前护理访视工作,分析2006年9月～2007年2月手术室所实施的4268例择期手术患者的术前护理访视情况,采用护士长管理并由专人负责术前访视单回收清点整理的方法 ,进行术前访视质量和效果评估。结果改进术前访视工作后访视率提高至99.82%,访视单书写合格率提高至99.23%。结论术前护理访视工作的改进措施具有较好的可操作性和可行性,提高手术患者对手术室护理的满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of preoperative visit on psychology, physiology and behavior of the patients, discuss the improvement in the method and content of pre - operative interview and its quality amelioration. Methods Further improve the working mode by adopting a mode of head nurse supervision and specialized personal accounting in the management of interview forms, and then, analyzing the implementation of pre - operative interview of 4268 seleetive operations from Sep 2006 to Feb 2007. Results Pre - operative interview rate has been elevated to 99.82 % and qualified interview forms rate been improved to 99.23 %. Conclusion The evolution of pre - operative interview possess the advantage of praeticability and increases the satisfaction of patients.
