拟声不仅是一种构词法,而且也是一种重要的修辞手段。英语中有大量的拟声词,它们大多来自于模仿自然万物的声音,呈现出灵活性、广泛性、形象性、创造性等特点。在翻译时,可以根据具体情况,采取直接音译法、转换翻译法和增补翻译法等方法。
Onomatopoeia is not only a way of word-building but also a kind of very important figures of speech. In English,there are many onomatopoetic words,most of which are from different sounds of the world. They share the characteristics of flexibility,university,iconicity and creativity. Several methods like transliteration,converted translation and added translation are used to translate English onomatopoetic words.
