摘要
本文针对工程项目风险管理的特点,对风险管理中的风险评价方法进行了新的尝试。利用模糊评价法原理,对风险可能导致的后果进行综合分析,采用定性与定量相结合的方法把风险进行量化,最终得出一个直观明了的风险值,以利于决策者做出准确合理的风险判断。
This paper has a fresh attempt to the method of risk assessment in the risk management, based on the characteristic of risk management. The author has a comprehensive analysis to the result leaded by risk, used the principle of fuzzy evaluation. Then they have a quantitative analysis,used the qualitative and quantitative method. At the end,the author has a clear value of the risk,which makes an accurate assessment of risks for the policy maker.
