摘要
目的总结股前外侧筋膜(皮)瓣移植术的临床应用。方法应用股前外侧筋膜(皮)瓣带蒂转移或游离移植5例修复重建多部位的软组织缺损。结果 5例中,除1例游离皮瓣术后感染致皮瓣完全坏死,余均存活良好。结论股前外侧皮瓣以各种不同的形成方式、携带不同的组织成分可用于修复不同部位的软组织缺损。
Objective To introduce the clinical experiences in transplantation of the anterolateral femoral skin flap.Methods 5 cases with soft tissue defects on the different positions were repaired by anteriolateral femoral flaps from 2001 to 2008.Results One of the 5 cases had complete necrosis for infection.The others were survived completely.Conclusion The anterolateral thigh flap（ALTF）is used widely with its diferent tissue components and harvesting styles,which can repaired soft tissue defects on the different positions.
