摘要
加强高校学科建设,除把握学科建设的意义、内容、基本环节以外,还应关注以下问题:学科建设的阶段性问题,即学科建设大体经历起步、发展、提高三个阶段;学校层面学科建设的内容应包括目标、结构、重点、资源、评估等五个方面;高校学科建设要实现重点突破;把握学科建设的内动力与外动力。
For strengthening college discipline construction, besides the grasp and comprehension of the meaning, content and basic links of discipline construction, the special attention should be paid to the following issues: three stages of discipline construction, including starting, developing and improving; five aspects of goal, structure, key points, resource and evaluation that should be included in the content of college-level discipline eonstruction; the breakthrough of focal points that should be realized in college discipline construction; and the grasp of the internal and external dynamics.
