摘要
液晶显示器的聚酰亚胺配向层(Polyimide,PI)电荷累积过程属于凝聚态物理的电介质理论范畴,由于电介质物理理论还不够完整,造成液晶显示器PI层电荷累积和释放过程机理不甚清晰。文章应用麦克斯韦方程组分析液晶PI层表面电荷累积过程,应用可将快慢效应分开的时域谱学理论分析慢电荷的释放过程,得出液晶面板PI层和液晶层接触面电荷累积与两者的介电常数和电导率的关系,以及累积慢电荷的释放时间常数与PI层厚度的关系。
The electric charges accumulation of liquid crystal display PI (polyimide) is part of dielectric theory of condensed physics.But,less-advanced dielectric physics theory fails to offer a clear explanation in the process of charge accumulation and release in liquid crystal display PI layer.The paper here analyzes accumulation of charges in liquid crystal PI layer through the use of the Maxwell's equations,and then it analyzes the release of charges in the light of temporal-frequency spectrum in which the effect can be separated into fast charges and slow charges.Correlation is therefrom demonstrated between the permitivity and conductivity to PI layer and Liquid Crystal layer.The relationship between the release time of the slow charge and the thickness of PI is shown also.
