摘要
目的建立复方制剂清热方颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法采用Kro-masilC18色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87);检测波长:327nm。结果绿原酸在0.1224~1.2240μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1;回收率99.30%,RSD为3.25%。结论该测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于该制剂中的质量控制。
【Objective】To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of Chloro-genic Acid in Qingre Granules.【Methods】A Kromasil C18(4 mm×250 mm,5μm) column was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid so-lution(13:87) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelengths were set at 327nm.【Results】Chlorogenic Acid's linearity was obtained in the range of 0.1224~1.2240μg(r =1).Chlorogenic Acid's average recovery rate was 99.30% with RSD 3.25%.【Conclusion】 The method is simple,feasible and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qingre Granules.
