摘要 目的研究MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1在子宫腺肌病中的表达,探讨子宫腺肌病的发病机制。方法采用二步法免疫组化的方法检测子宫肌腺病45例在位内膜(A组)、36例异位内膜(B组)和28例对照组内膜中的MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1含量。结果 MMP-9在研究组A、研究组B中的表达强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-3在研究组A、研究组B中的表达强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TIMP-1在对照组中的阳性表达弱于研究组A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组A强于研究组B的阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫腺肌病的发病可能与MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1的异常表达有关。 Objective To study the expression of MMP - 3, MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 in adenomyosis, and to probe the pathogenesis of adenomyosis. Methods Two - step immunohistochemistry was used to assess the content of MMP - 3, MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 in ectopic endometrium (45 cases), eutopic endometrium (36 cases) and control endometrium (28 cases) from patients with adenomyosis. Results The expression of MMP -9 in Group A and B was stronger than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of MMP - 3 in Group A and B was stronger than that in the control group, and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the expression of MMP - 3 in Group B was stronger than that in Group A, but there was no significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression of TIMP - 1 in the control group was weaker than that in Group A with statishically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the positive expression in Group A was stronger than that in Group B with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The pathogenesis of adenomyosis might be related to the abnormal expressions of MMP - 3, MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1.
