摘要
研究了茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌的液体培养和茶叶提取液培养,旨在研究茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌的代谢产物对茯砖茶品质形成机理及其对茯砖茶功能性成分的影响。
To demonstrate the Eurotium metabolites＇ effect on the quality form of Fuzhuan Cha and the tears functional in gredients,this paper studied the liquid culture of Eurotium along with tea extract as culture basis.
