摘要
模因论的复制和传播特征被用来重新审视大学英语的听说教学,听力教学给学生提供了模因因子,而口语教学则是对模因因子创造性的模仿和复制。为达到语言习得的目的,教师还应在相同或相似的语境中对其重复使用,使之成为强势模因;最后还应重视培养学生的跨文化交际意识,以促进模因的正确复制与传播。
College English teaching in listening and speaking is re-examined with replication and propagation of Memetics. Aural English teaching provides students with meme, while oral English teaching is the creative imitation and replication ofmeme. In order to achieve language acquisition students have to re-use the meme in the same or similar context, making it a strong meme. Finally, teacher should attach importance to developing students'cross-cultural awareness to promote the correct replication and propagation of meme.
