摘要
探讨BL-阻燃剂用于纸张时的阻燃效果,分析其对纸张各项物理性能和光学性能的影响;并将BL-阻燃剂与无机阻燃剂氢氧化铝复配,研究了两者的协同阻燃效果;对比研究了浆内添加法和双面涂布法两种阻燃处理工艺,筛选出最优阻燃配方。结果表明:BL-阻燃剂浸渍后,随着BL-阻燃剂浓度的增加,纤维阻燃性提高,不透明度基本保持不变,纸张的耐折度下降,抗张指数和撕裂指数先上升后下降,在浓度为8%时达到最大值。用氢氧化铝和BL-阻燃剂复配进行双面涂布,当氢氧化铝含量为溶剂的6%,BL-阻燃剂浓度为溶剂的8%时,纸的碳化长度为5.9cm,接近于国家防焰1级标准,阻燃效果良好。氢氧化铝与BL-阻燃剂两段处理,当氢氧化铝用量10%,BL-阻燃剂浓度为8%时,纸的碳化长度下降到5.0cm,达到了国家防焰1级标准,阻燃效果最佳。
This experiment discussed the flame-retardant effect of paper immersed with BL-flame retardant, analyzed its effects on the physical properties and optical properties of paper. Compounding BL-flame retardant and aluminum hydroxide, to research their synergistic flame-retardant effect. Compared the production technology of adding in pulp and double-sided coating, in order to find out the best flame-retardant methods. The experiment showed that, when dipping with BL-flame retardant, as the concentration of BL-flame retardant raised, flame-retardant properties increased, opacity basically remained the same, folding strength decreased, tearing index and tensile index firstly increased and then decreased. Tearing index and tensile index achieved to the maximum when the concentration of BL-flame retardant is 8%. Double-sided coating by BL-flame retardant and aluminum hydroxide, when the concentration of aluminum hydroxide and BL-flame retardant was 6% and 8%, the carbonization length of paper was turn out to be 5.9cm, close to the 1st class standard, the flame-retardant effect is fine. After Aluminum hydroxide with the concentration of 10% was made into paper, dipped it with BL-flame retardant of 8%, the carbonization length of paper will decrease to 5.0cm, which reached flame proof 1st class standard, the flame-retardant effect became best.
