摘要
冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿的攀钢高炉在冶炼强度提高、鼓风动能增大、渣中TiO_2有所降低的条件下,空料线停炉时采用不洗炉直接变休风料、预空料线回收煤气、不加盖面焦、炉顶用N_2雾化打水、减少出铁次数、预留渣铁深空料线等技术,大大缩短了空料线时间,为缩短大修时间,提高生产率创造了条件。
The process of blowing-out operation was improved with the advanced technology of smelting vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite. The technical measures such as getting rid of the flushing process, recovering top gas when pre-empty stockline, not covering coke on stock, spraying water with high-pressure N2,etc. ,made it possible to reduce the repairing time.
