摘要
高炉炉衬喷补工艺需要将料面降到风口中心线以下。在传统的空料线、回收煤气、打水停炉操作的基础上,采用大批量、不降低风温、炉缸预留适量的渣铁、提高铁口角度等方法可将料线降到风口中心线以下500mm。
BF lining gunning needs lowering stockline to under tuyere level.Based on the conventional empty blow-out operation with lowering stockline,recovering top gas and spraying water into furnace,the stockline maybe loweed to 500 mm under tuyere level if some measures,as blowing blast of large volume and unreduced blast temperature,reserving proper amount slag and hot matal in hearth and increasing taphole angle,are adopted.
