摘要
用无污染盐浴软氮化工艺处理大功率内燃机车气缸套,其渗层均匀、缸径变形极小,缸套的耐磨、耐蚀、耐疲劳性能良好.经工艺试验和生产性试验证明,该工艺简单、性能可靠,所处理的缸套可替代美国G.E.公司生产的同种缸套使用.
Treated by a non-polluting salt bath nitrocarburising process, the high power locomotive cylinder liners feature we1ldistributed in the diffusion layer, little change of liner diameter and excellent resistence of wear, corrosion and fatigue,Technical tests and practices prove that, with the simple process and steady properties, the treated cylinder liners can be substituted for the same type of ones manufactured by the G.E. Company of America.
