摘要
以盐浴软氮化工艺进行气门杆部和锥面强化处理,有效提高了气门杆部和锥面耐磨性,取代气门原以杆部镀铬和盘锥面堆焊合金粉的加工工艺,在保证质量前提下,达到了降低生产成本的目的。
Using the salt bath soft nitriding,the valve stem and the seat surface is strengthen.This advances the abrade resistan character of the valve stem and the seat.The nitriding technique replaces the process that the valve stem is chromeplated and the seat is welded.It reduces the manufacture cost and improves the valve quality.
