摘要
首先使用SolidWorks对全自动塑杯灌装封口机的各个模块进行三维实体建模,然后以该封口机左侧机体模块为研究对象,使用SolidWorks的COSMOSWorks有限元分析插件对其进行有限元分析,得出应力、应变、位移、安全系数图解,针对图解的结果,提出相应的改进措施,目的在于最大限度地缩短全自动塑杯灌装封口机的设计周期,降低测试成本,提高产品质量,加大利润空间,并为进一步进行优化设计提供了有效的途径。
The paper first carried on three-dimensional solid modeling for every modules of automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine by using Solidworks,then take the left module of the machine as research object,and processed finite element analysis by using COSMOSWorks FEA card,gained the diagrams about stress,strain,displacement,safety coefficient,put forward the corresponding corrective measures based on the result,aims to shorten the design cycle maximize,reduce the test cost,improve the product quality,enlarge the margin,and offer an effective way for further optimization design.
