摘要
目的:探讨视网膜挫伤后,各期血清硒含量的变化及其机制。方法:将195例视网膜挫伤病例按病程分为3组,每组65例,将视网膜挫伤分为急性期(伤后7 d以内)、恢复期(伤后8~20 d)、陈旧改变期(伤后21~45 d);采肘静脉血,用JY-70(Ⅱ)合并型等离子体发射光谱仪测定血清硒含量,并与200例无视网膜挫伤的健康者对照比较,进行统计学处理。结果:血清硒含量在急性期、恢复期、陈旧改变期都减少,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:根据血清硒含量变化,在治疗上给予含硒的药物或食物,可能有助于提高视力。
Objective: To explore the developable changes of serum selenium and its mechanism in each stage of retinal contusion.Methods:195 cases of retinal contusion were divided into 3 groups(65 cases for each): the acute stage(within 7 days after contusion),the recovery stage(within 8-20 days after contusion)and the obsolescent change stage(within 21-45 days after contusion).Cubital vein blood samples were determined with the JY-70(II) consolidated plasma emission spectrograph and compared with those in 200 normal controls and then statistic analysis was made.Results: The serum selenium content decreased in the acute stage,recovery stage and obsolescent stage,which was distinct different from that in the normal controls(P0.01).Conclusion: According to the change of serum selenium,supplying the medicine and food content of selenium in the treatment is helpful to improvement of vision.
