摘要
目的为进一步做好笔者所在市食源性致病菌监测工作,提升南京市食品工作监测能力,笔者所在实验室对南京市生熟制品中食源性致病菌进了分析调查。方法采集6类食品,共计89份样品按照GB/T4789—2003食品微生物检验标准对样本分别进行了沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、致冯件大肠杆菌、副溶血性弧菌、空肠弯曲菌6种致病菌检测。结果2008年南京市生熟制品中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌污染较为严重,检出率达16.9%。结论此次污染物分析调查对提高笔者所在实验室分析能力、食源性致病菌主动监测及食源性致病菌溯源等工作具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To improve the monitoring of food - borne pathogens, upgrade my city food surveillance capacity, Ⅰ laboratory in Nanjing esterifiable raw and cooked food - borne pathogens into the analysis of the survey. Methods Collection six categories of food, a total of 89 samples in accordance with GB/T4789 - 2003 food microbiology testing standard conducted on samples, Staphylococcus aureus salmonella, listeria, causing diarrhea of enterobacteriaeae,Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Campylobacter jejuni 6 pathogens. Results 2008 in Nanjing, raw and cooked products from Listeria monocytogenes pollution more serious, the detection rate of 16.9%. Conclusion This pollutant investigation to improve my laboratory analytical skills, food - borne pathogens active monitoring and tracing the source of food - borne pathogens, and so on has a very important significance.
