摘要
根据国家统计局制定的《农村全面小康标准和测评方法》,对宁夏农村全面建设小康社会预期目标进行了测算.结果表明:从反映宁夏农村全面小康建设的6个系统层和18个目标层中看出,2008年宁夏农村社会发展和民主法制建设方面进程最快,但是农村人口素质和生态环境的实现程度仍为负值,农村养老、住房质量和农村受教育程度很低,要改善现有农村条件,必须走全面、协调、可持续发展的道路,促进农村小康建设的全面发展.
According to the national bureau of statistics to develop a ＂well-off society in rural areas of standards and measurement methods＂,for building a well-off society in rural areas in Ningxia targets were measured.The results show that,from point view of well-off society in rural areas of Ningxia with the reflecting the construction of 6 target system layer and 18 layers,Ningxia rural social development,the process of building democracy and legal system in 2008 is the fastest in national scale,but the quality of the rural population and the degree of realization of the ecological environment is still is negative,rural old-age pension,housing quality and low level of education in rural areas,to improve the existing rural conditions,we must take a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development path,and promote rural well-off an all-round development.
