Application of Molecular Biology Techniques in Mosquito Classification

摘要 由于蚊虫中存在许多由形态相似的隐种组成的种团或复合体,沿用传统的方法对其分类和鉴别较为困难,因此,寻找合适的特征和方法成为新世纪蚊虫分类工作者研究的重点内容之一。分子鉴别是较为活跃的研究领域之一,它以遗传的本质DNA为依据来阐明物种间的差别,从分子水平上鉴别物种,具有客观、准确的特点,在蚊虫分类中广为应用。而应用分子标志研究群体遗传结构是近年来进展最为迅速的领域之一,目前公认mtDNA部分基因序列和微卫星DNA较为理想。 Because there are many mosquitoes implicit from the morphologically similar species composition of the species-group or complex,the traditional methods of their classification and identification is difficult,therefore,to find suitable characteristics and methods of the new century,mosquitoes in the study classified workers one of emphasis.Molecular identification is a more active research areas,it is based on the genetic nature of DNA to clarify the differences between species,from the molecular level,identification of species,with an objective and accurate characteristics of the mosquito is widely used classification.The application of molecular marker studies of population genetic structure is the most rapid progress in recent years,one of the areas currently recognized as part of the mtDNA sequence and microsatellite DNA is more desirable.
