摘要
目的探讨运用交互作用分析理论对脑手术后清醒患者进行心理舒适护理的效果。方法将272例脑手术后清醒患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组除常规护理外,还应用交互作用分析理论给予心理舒适护理。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和护理工作满意度有无统计学差异。结果观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且满意度明显增加。结论对脑手术后患者进行心理舒适护理时应用交互作用分析理论,可以减少并发症发生,提高护理工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of interaction theories in psychological nursing after brain surgery.Methods 272 brain surgery patients were divided into control group and observation group.Control group received routine care,the observation group received routine care and psychological nursing,Compared the statistically significant in the Incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P0.01）,satisfaction of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion Application of interaction theories in psychological nursing after brain surgery can reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
