摘要
目前处于产业高梯度的中国东部地区向产业低梯度的中西部地区进行产业转移的步伐不断加快。河南省作为中西部地区的自然资源和人口大省,正面临着重要的历史发展机遇。文章从动态和静态两个方面,对河南省工业产业的集聚趋势和发展态势进行定量分析,然后结合目前河南省承接产业转移的发展现状,提出了河南省有效承接外来产业转移的结论与建议。
At present, the southeast China area in the high economic grade are transferring some industries to the Midwest China in the low economic grade more quickly. Henan with the rich resource and population in the Midwest China is meeting the important opportunity of development. By constructing the static and dynamic indicator, measures the industry agglomeration and developing trend in Henan province had been measured at first, then analysis the situation of carrying on industry transfer in Henan province had been analyzed. According to the calculation, the countermeasures and advice of how to carrying on the industrial transfer efficiently in Henan province had been put forward.
